Description:  This is a two-day course that meets on July 2nd and 3rd from 8:30AM-4:30PM.

The iPad presents a wonderful opportunity for educators create supplemental materials and showcase writing, stories, and poetry produced by their students. Using iBooks Author, a free app from the Mac App Store, anyone can create iBooks textbooks, picture books and more! Participants will learn how to use Multi-Touch widgets to include interactive photo galleries, movies, Keynote presentations, 3D objects and more. This, along with some amazing book creation apps make the options endless! Make your writing come alive with Apple’s iBooks Author and your iPad!

We will be spending a good portion of this class creating an interactive book in iBooks Author. Participants are asked to come prepared with any content, images, media, etc. that they would like to include in their book.
