For the 2010 SOITA Conference we will not be using the Exhibit Hall and the exhibitors will be located throughout the Convention Center. The attendees last year felt this change made it easier for them to visit with the exhibitors.  


SOITA will be mailing information packets in August to all vendors who exhibited in 2009.  If you did not attend last year and would like to be mailed a packet, please email Suzie@SOITA.org or download the Vendor Display Reservation Form located in the right column.

Each exhibitor can host a table display which will include an 8' skirted table, two chairs, electric, and wireless Internet access.  The cost will be $400 for the first table and $200 for an additional table.  SOITA accepts MasterCard, Visa, checks, and purchase orders. 

Due to space restrictions at the convention center, vendors will not be allowed to select their own table location.
