Q. Am I required to register for a hands-on workshop when I register for the conference?
A. No. It is necessary only if you wish to attend one of the fee-based hands-on workshops during the conference. The vast majority of conference sessions are included in the daily registration cost.
Sessions and Hands-on Workshops
Q. Are all hands-on workshops fee-based this year?
A. Yes. Hands-on workshops require pre-registration and are fee-based. You can browse all of the hands-on workshops by clicking on the Hands-On Sessions tab located in the conference section of this website.
Q. Is it necessary to sign-up for a hands-on workshop for each day that I attend the conference?
A. No, hands-on workshops are optional.
Q. I want to attend a hands-on workshop on Wednesday, December 8th or Thursday, December 9th. Do I have to also pay the full conference registration price?
A. Yes. On these two day, you need to pay the full conference registration price ($125 or $250) PLUS the hands-on workshop price ($50 or $100).
Q. Can I attend a hands-on workshop on a different day than on which I am registered for the conference?
A. Yes, for instance, you want to register for the full conference day of Wednesday, December 8th, you are welcome to also register for a hands-on workshop that is offered on Thursday, December 9th.
