SOITA is partnering with the Montgomery County ESC for the 2018-19 school year to offer workshops geared toward helping teachers meet their Year 2 Gifted PD requirements. Join us as we explore some of the latest tools and technologies to keep your gifted learners challenged and engaged!  These classes provide educators with professional development hours that are approved for gifted PD requirements.

Program Description

In America we celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with parades and the Wearin’ O’ the Green. However, many of us do not know why! Take a virtual journey to Ireland to learn more about its mystical isles, patron saint, fairies and folklore. Pin on a shamrock and join us as we discover how these traditions emigrated from Ireland to America.

Materials will be available before the video conference so your students can prepare for the session. They will interact directly with the instructor.
