Apple's iPad presents limitless possibilities in education for both students and teachers alike. Never before has there been a device that is so easy to use and at the same time flexible enough to fill a wide variety of roles within the classroom and the central office. Whether consuming or creating new content, connecting to the web, or collaborating across the globe, the iPad has and will continue to change the way educators teach and students learn. During this introductory class on the iPad, participants will learn the basics of using the  iPad, examine some of the fantastic apps in the iTunes store, and begin to develop ideas on integrating its use into their classrooms. Prepare to be astonished by what Apple's iPad can offer you AND your students!
